Bloemfontein community rallies behind PACOFS garden restoration project

The community of Bloemfontein has demonstrated overwhelming kindness and support for the PACOFS garden restoration project. Numerous phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and Facebook posts have been received offering assistance for the initiative.

The PACOFS garden restoration project, which seeks to revamp and improve the garden at the Performing Arts Centre of the Free State, has received a massive boost from Spoudazo Enterprises Trust. The registered Public Benefit Organization in Bloemfontein has agreed to adopt and administrate Garden Friends of PACOFS as a project under its banner. The Core Group will oversee accounting and related matters of the project.

Donations made to Spoudazo Enterprises Trust for the Garden Friends of PACOFS project will be tax-deductible under section 18A of the Act, subject to certain limitations. At the end of each financial year, the trust will issue section 18A receipts for donations received to donors who request them. Donors are advised to provide their information, including name and surname, ID number or company name, registration number, and address details, to info@spoudazo.co.za before the financial year-end.

Those who wish to make a donation can do so by depositing funds into Spoudazo Enterprises Trust’s Absa Bank current account (4099 018 931) with branch code 632005. Donors are encouraged to use their name and surname as a reference when making a donation. Proof of payment can also be emailed to info@spoudazo.co.za.

The PACOFS garden restoration project is an exciting initiative, and the community’s support has been nothing short of incredible. The project’s success would not be possible without the generosity of the Bloemfontein community, and the organizers are grateful for all the support received.
